My name is Shirley Cruz and I am a multidisciplinary bilingual photographer, cinematographer, director, and FAA certified drone pilot. I am a first-generation New Yorker, born and raised. My experience has allowed me to work across a myriad of productions ranging from social campaigns and broadcast television to commercials, spanning the different content creation spaces of today. I am fascinated by combining digital and analog processes while staying up-to-date with current trends and technology.
I am the co-founder of Extra Syrup, a NYC-based production company. We specialize primarily in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, editorial, commercial, and documentary work.
